Have you ever found yourself down in the dumps, I mean everything that could go wrong does. Or do you battle with the almighty depression and even medication doesn't give u th help u hoped. Sometimes we have to work at our own happiness, our own peace of mind. Meditation,drawing a picture or a positive friend tht we can rely on wen our days get dark and heavy. Whatever you do dont give up!!!!
